Free Insurance Claim Review Nationwide

1 min read

Send me the valuation report your insurance company gave you and I will tell you within 24 hours whether the offer is fair. No charge, no obligation, and no pressure afterward.

Including when the answer is that they are right

This matters more than the rest of it. Sometimes a carrier's number is reasonable, and when it is I say so and you get on with your life having lost nothing but an email.

I am not paid for the review. I am paid only if I go on to recover more for you. So there is no version of this where it serves me to tell you a fair offer is unfair.

What I need

The valuation report itself. Your carrier is obliged to give you one, and if they have not, ask. It is the document showing which comparable vehicles they used and what adjustments they applied.

That report is where problems live. Comparables from the wrong market, mileage adjustments that do not match yours, missing options and packages, or condition assumptions nobody verified.

What you get back

A straight answer on whether the offer is low, roughly how much is missing, and what your realistic options are. If the appraisal clause is the right route I will explain how it works before you commit to anything.

Do not accept the first offer first

The single most common mistake is signing quickly to get the ordeal over with. The offer does not expire in the time it takes to have someone look at it, and once you accept, the leverage is gone.
